Autumn Cullen

Practice Manager

If there are superheroes among us, look no further than the real Wonder Woman – Autumn Cullen, the embodiment of a miracle worker in every facet of her life.

Autumn’s journey began amidst the sunny beaches of Jacksonville, FL, where, as a young child, she displayed an unquenchable curiosity for the intricacies of the natural world. Growing up in Jacksonville provided her with the ideal backdrop to nurture her fascination with nature and adventure. Simultaneously, Autumn honed her burgeoning team-building skills from a tender age, participating in various softball teams throughout her formative years. Through these experiences, she discovered the profound value of creating a positive and cooperative atmosphere, irrespective of the outcome of their competitions.

In 2013, Autumn decided to take a bold leap beyond her comfort zone by applying for a position as a veterinary assistant at a local facility. It was in this role that Autumn truly found her calling, igniting a passion that would shape her lifelong career. Autumn immersed herself in the action, drawn by the allure of knowledge within the medical realm. By 2017, Autumn took another leap, this time to Tallahassee, to work at an emergency veterinary facility that also catered to exotic patients. Unbeknownst to her at the time, this experience would help diversify her technical skills and knowledge to an astonishing level of expertise.

After her time in Tallahassee, Autumn decided to return to her beloved family network in Jacksonville. It was here, shortly after her return, that she met Tyler, her life companion, through mutual friends. Their union provided unwavering support, encouraging Autumn to pursue her newfound goal: supporting the veterinary community through leadership that prioritizes staff development and client education. Autumn recognized that effective leadership involves learning from the team to meet the needs of all involved parties. Dr. Robinson shared this passion, and their relationship, forged in the crucible of staff support, reignited Autumn’s hope for a brighter future in veterinary medicine.

In 2021, Autumn and Tyler welcomed their most rewarding challenge yet into the world, the charming baby Olivia. Their home is now shared with two feline siblings, Brenda, the eyeless wonder, and Deb, the heckin’ chonk. Together, Autumn and her family spend their days trackside, basking in the same Florida sunshine that once kindled the flames of a young child’s curiosity about the “why behind the how.”

Autumn eagerly awaits the dawn of this new chapter in her life—a chapter dedicated to nurturing the growth of not only the team but also the individuals within it.
